Moving

Of course when you look out your front window and see this...AKA Powder Works Park. Just opened July 08'.

Or I could walk a block to the new middle school and start playing this...

You know something like this was bound to happen....

Just when your world seems perfect...a new adventure waits on the horizon. We miss Dupont and Washington but most especially the friends we hold dear in our heart.

And I miss you too, sweet Laurie. I hope all is well in NC. You can take consolation in the fact that even if you'd stayed, most everyone else will be gone in a few years. That's the beauty--or bane--of the military. Maybe our paths will cross again.

Cannon still is waiting for a new teacher and Miya is asking where Cora has gone. Glad the move went okay and I am happy to see you are back on the blog.

ok so laurie, i was thinking you should be apart of photogroup too. just because you're far away doesn't mean you can't participate. you could easily do a 100 days 100 photos blog, and all the other assignments and topic we're working on will be posted on the blog so you could totally keep up. and it would be a good way to keep in touch:) No pressure, but if you wanted to that would be alot of fun. And if you have any troubl you could always call any of us. well, think about it. it might be a good distraction for you.

I'm sorry you had to move on but posts like this help me to be grateful for the things I have now. Of course, every new place has those. It just takes a little while for memories to be attached to them.
We miss you.
